Will's Calling is to help people discover who they’re made to be.

He created the first version of Vocationality in 2009 while teaching at Clemson University. Since then, he has led hundreds of people to get unstuck in their work-life and take the best, next step in the right direction. He's now the primary teacher on multiple courses and programs that are helping hundreds more.

Will holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of St Andrews and has previously worked as a business strategist, creative director, and communications specialist. He loves film, Sudoku, travel, making cocktails, eating local food, and hearing people’s stories.
